Ben Wagner - CEO

Mr. Wagner is responsible for overall company revenues, business development and interfacing with the financial and legal aspects of Northbound Group efforts. Prior to co-founding Northbound Group he was a senior member of data Sales Management for both GoodNet and Winstar, national Internet Service Providers based in Phoenix and New York respectively. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.


Robert McAleer - COO

Mr. McAleer is responsible for day-to-day operations surrounding vendor management, profitability growth, affiliate operations and customer service. A co-founder of Northbound Group, Rob has a data Sales Management background through his service at both GoodNet and Winstar Communications. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.


Bill Ramsey - CTO

Mr. Ramsey has overall responsibility for guiding and implementing technical development for all Northbound Group assets. Prior to co-founding Northbound Group, he honed his technical expertise as the head of Web Development with Phoenix-based Internet Service Provider GoodNet. Following the acquisition of GoodNet, his efforts were directed at developing new product strategy for New York-based Winstar Communications and serving as the Solutions Director for wireless application developer Apriva. Bill earned an MBA, with distinction, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
